Outlook / Microsoft 365 Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → under “Publish a calendar” pick your calendar → “Can view all details” → Publish → copy the ICS link.
Google Calendar (on a computer) Settings → click your calendar → Integrate calendar → copy the Secret address in iCal format.
Apple iCloud Calendar → tap the calendar → turn on Public Calendar → copy the link (starts with webcal:// — that’s fine).
Use the published / subscribe link — not a downloaded .ics file.
